* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the Wind Chill
Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chill values
between 20 to 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central
Illinois, east central, northeast and southeast Iowa and
northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST today. For
the Wind Chill Advisory, until 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to southwest winds to 30 MPH
frfrom mid morning through this afternoon, may cause patchy
blowing and drifting snow especially in open and rural areas.
