9 AM CST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 0
degrees.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama,
northwest Florida and southeast Mississippi.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Exposed skin may quickly become frostbitten or
frozen. Wind chill values may fall to extremely dangerous
levels and frostbite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.
