* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills between 20 to 25
below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central
Illinois, east central, northeast and southeast Iowa and
northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to southwest winds to 30 mph,
from mid morning through this afternoon, may cause patchy
blowing and drifting snow especially in open and rural areas..
