* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Georgia.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists should continue to remain alert
for black ice, particularly on bridges, overpasses, and in
shaded areas.
