* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below
zero, with wind chills minus 15 to minus 25 along the highest
ridges.
* WHERE...Portions of the western North Carolina mountains near
the Tennessee border.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
