* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total
snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills around 25 below zero. For the Wind Chill
Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low
as 30 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Nebraska.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 AM Thursday to
6 AM CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM
Thursday to noon CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from
Friday evening through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind
chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
minutes.

areas of blowing snow from existing snow pack in addition to new
