WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM EST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph and cause
blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast
Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 PM EST this
evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday evening
through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
