Friday morning. Wind chill readings as low as 25 below zero
Friday night and Saturday morning.
* WHERE...In Kansas, Decatur, Norton and Graham Counties. In
Nebraska, Red Willow County.
* WHEN...Sunset this evening to noon CST Friday. For the second
Wind Chill Advisory, late Friday night to noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Increased potential for frostbite and hypothermia.
Frostbite may occur on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes.
