* WHAT...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind
chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero. For the
second Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected.
Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...In Kansas, Decatur, Norton and Graham Counties. In
Nebraska, Red Willow County.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this
evening to noon CST Friday. For the second Wind Chill
Advisory, from midnight Friday night to noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Increased potential for frostbite and hypothermia.
Frostbite may occur on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chill readings are
expected to occur around sunrise on both Friday and Saturday.
