For the Wind Chill Watch for Friday evening into Saturday morning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as -15 to -30 possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and south central Nebraska. * WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the dangerous wind chill concerns, and although amounts are expected to range from only a dusting to less than 1 inch, please note that a quick hit of snow this afternoon could reduce visibility and cause slick roads for the evening commute in parts of the area.
