WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 PM EST
FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 4
inches with locally higher amounts on the hill tops.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the morning commute all over the region,
and perhaps the evening commute in the Lower Susquehanna
Valley.
