accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph. For the Wind Chill Advisories, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero.
* WHERE...Keya Paha, Boyd, Rock and Holt Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST Friday.
For the first Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
