3 inches and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch.
Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...In Oregon, Western Columbia River Gorge. In
Washington, Western Columbia River Gorge.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
ice. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could
impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest ice accumulations are
expected west of Cascade Locks with a wintry mix expected
Cascade Locks to the east.
