* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory this evening into Friday
morning, very cold wind chills as low as -15 to -25 expected. For
the Wind Chill Advisory for Friday evening into Saturday morning,
very cold wind chills as low as -15 to -25 again expected,
although wind speeds will only be around 10 MPH or less.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and south central
Nebraska.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Friday.
For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM Friday to noon CST
Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the dangerous wind chill
