EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulation ranging from a coating to
an inch near and south of Interstate 64, with 2 to 4 inches
across the northern Shenandoah Valley, northern Virginia Blue
Ridge Mountains, western Maryland, and eastern West Virginia.
Northwest winds gusting around 25 to 35 mph this afternoon into
this evening.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland,
central, northwest and western Virginia and eastern and
panhandle West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute.
