* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Total snow
accumulation 2 to 5 inches. Northwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph
this afternoon through Saturday morning. For the Wind Chill
Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
10 below zero.
* WHERE...In Virginia, Eastern Highland County. In West
Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM EST this
evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 1 AM to noon EST
Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute. The cold wind
