* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Total snow
accumulation 6 to 12 inches. Northwest winds gusting around 30
to 40 mph this afternoon through Sunday morning. For the Wind
Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as
low as 20 below zero.
* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST Saturday.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 AM
EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
