WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches, locally higher in western Greenbrier County. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, resulting in blowing snow and wind chills between 10 and 20 degrees below zero. * WHERE...In Virginia, Tazewell County. In West Virginia, Mercer, Summers and Western Greenbrier Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sub-zero wind chills are expected again Saturday night.
