Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Wind chills as low as 10 below
zero.
* WHERE...Southeast Raleigh and Southeast Fayette Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST Saturday.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST
Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills
could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
