* WHAT...East winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Downtown Juneau and Douglas.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may blow around unsecured objects, damage
property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lulls in the winds are possible, but higher
winds aloft will mix down to the surface through the the
remainder of the day and into this evening.
