Weirton, Washington, Salem, East Liverpool, Aliquippa, Canonsburg,
Columbiana, East Palestine, Wellsville, Avella, Gastonville, West
Mifflin, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, and Scott Township.

Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 12 and 52.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 24 and 64, and
