locally higher in western Greenbrier County. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph, resulting in blowing and drifting snow and wind
chills between 10 and 20 degrees below zero.
* WHERE...In Virginia, Tazewell County. In West Virginia,
Mercer, Summers and Western Greenbrier Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Drifting snow may
recovered previously cleared roads. The cold wind chills could
result in hypothermia and frostbite if precautions are not
