...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM SATURDAY TO
10 AM EST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional
snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as
40 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest
Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST Saturday.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST
Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 30 minutes.
