* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east
central, and south central Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While overall wind speeds this morning will
be light, even the slightest breeze will cause wind chills less
than 20 degrees below zero as air temperatures will already be
bitterly cold.
