COLD AND BREEZY THIS MORNING WITH LOW WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES
OVER THE HILL COUNTRY AND NEARBY INTERSTATE 35 CORRIDOR...
Breezy winds will continue to bring colder air to South Central
Texas Saturday morning with lows from near 20 to the lower 20s
across the Hill Country and I-35 Corridor near and north of
Austin. These temperatures combined with northerly winds of 10 to
15 mph will result in wind chill temperatures in the lower teens
with a few spots briefly in the high single digits Saturday
morning. These cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if you
do not take proper precautions. Use caution while traveling
outside. Wear appropriate clothing including a hat and gloves.
Keep pets in a warm place.
