Wind chills as low as 20 below zero. * WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
