* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills ranging
from 8 to 15 degrees above zero, with the coldest readings
inland.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South
Carolina.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures will be as cold as 18 to
25 degrees; coldest inland. Temperatures will also be below
freezing for as much as 12-16 hours tonight into Sunday
morning.
