Monongahela, or near Gastonville, moving east at 25 mph.

Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, McMurray, McKeesport,
Uniontown, Canonsburg, Connellsville, Gastonville, West Mifflin,
Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, Whitehall, South Park
Township, Munhall, Cecil-Bishop, Jefferson Hills, North Versailles,
and Brentwood.

Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 69 and 93.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 42 and 57.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania near mile marker 74.
