WIND CHILLS NEAR ZERO THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY MORNING... Air temperatures falling into the mid teens combined with winds of 10 to 15 mph will result in wind chills falling to near zero through early Sunday morning, especially for elevations above 1000 feet.
