A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills between 5 below to 20
below zero.
* WHERE...The mountains of South Carolina and North Carolina, as
well as Rabun County Georgia.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken. Frostbite can occur on exposed skin
in as little as 30 minutes.
