* WHAT...Wind chills ranging from 8 to 15 degrees above zero,
with the coldest readings inland.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South
Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures will be as cold as 18 to
25 degrees, coldest inland. Temperatures will also be below
freezing for as much as 12-16 hours into Sunday morning.
