Light Freezing Rain Possible Monday... Light rain will move in from the southwest Monday morning and increase in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will slowly increase through the morning and are expected to rise above freezing along and east of a Dexter to Jackson Missouri to Marion and Benton Illinois line between 10 am and noon. Surface temperatures remain very cold and light ice accumulation is possible on some surfaces through the morning hours Monday. However the bulk of rainfall is currently expected in the afternoon hours after temperatures increase above freezing.
