* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Ice accumulation from a
quarter to a half inch, in combination with sustained wind
speeds from 15 to 20 mph with higher gusts.
* WHERE...In Arkansas, Washington, Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin
and Madison Counties. In Oklahoma, Adair and Sequoyah Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
commute. Scattered to numerous power outages may result from
the combination of ice accumulation and wind.
