FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST TODAY...
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the
following counties, in central California, Placer. In northern
California, Butte, Nevada, Plumas, Sierra, Sutter and Yuba.
* WHEN...Until noon PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 440 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated moderate to heavy rain fell overnight and will
continue this morning. This is causing urban and small stream
flooding.

Chico, Paradise, Oroville, Grass Valley, Marysville, Palermo,
Brush Creek Rs, Pulga, Baxter, Yuba City, Lake Wildwood,
Gridley, Bangor, Stanfield Hill, Hurleton, Oregon House,
Oroville East, Iowa City, Frenchtown and Challenge-
Brownsville.
