In eastern Arkansas, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Randolph and Woodruff. In north central Arkansas, Baxter, Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Sharp and Stone. * WHEN...Through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An active weather pattern will lead to several rounds of heavy rainfall through at least Wednesday evening.
