Periods of freezing drizzle overnight and fog becoming more widespread early this morning are leading to the development of icy conditions. Areas of freezing drizzle will continue into at least mid morning. Expect slick spots on untreated surfaces this morning while temperatures remain at or below freezing. Fog should slowly improve this afternoon. Visibilities could be reduced to less than a mile at times this morning.
