SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN DIMINISH THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...
.Snowfall is diminishing across the panhandle, but although many
areas have transitioned over to rain, some areas, particularly
Juneau, have retained a shallow layer of colder air. This is
resulting in a period of freezing rain mixed in with snow for
Juneau. Precipitation rates will significantly diminish late
Wednesday morning followed by a break from widespread organized
precipitation through Thursday.
