* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...In northwest Kansas, Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Thomas,
Sheridan, Graham, Wallace, Logan, Gove, Greeley and Wichita
counties. In southwest Nebraska, Hitchcock and Red Willow
counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures ranging from 28 to 32
degrees are expected through sunrise Thursday morning. Any
snow melt on sidewalks, parking lots and area roads may
refreeze into black ice.
