FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by heavy rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Lawrence, Meigs and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Mason and Wood. * WHEN...Until 1045 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams will continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall and snowmelt. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 309 AM EST, Excessive rainfall and snowmelt is causing flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches possible in the warned area. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
