AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND LOCALLY SLIPPERY ROADS WILL IMPACT
TRAVEL TODAY AND TONIGHT...
Areas of fog, locally dense with visibilities of 1/4 mile or
less, will continue across the region through tonight. Poor or
rapidly changing visibilities will result in locally hazardous
travel conditions. Air travel delays or cancellations may also
occur.
In addition to the fog, patchy light freezing rain or freezing
drizzle is expected to impact northern Wisconsin this morning,
and again tonight. This will combine with freezing fog to produce
slippery roads across the Northwoods at times.
Motorists should be alert for locally hazardous travel conditions
due to poor visibilities and slippery roads through tonight. Slow
down and allow extra time to reach your destination, especially
during the morning and evening commutes.
