* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...In northwest Kansas, Decatur, Norton, Sheridan, Graham,
and Gove. In southwest Nebraska, Red Willow county.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures ranging from 28 to 32 degrees
are expected through sunrise this morning. Any snow melt on
sidewalks, parking lots and area roads may refreeze into black
ice.
