CST/ THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST /noon CST/ Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility
and black ice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures in the middle 20s are
expected through sunrise. Any snow melt on sidewalks, parking
lots and area roads may refreeze into black ice.
