* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highway affected include, but are not limited
to Highway 152, Interstate 5 north of Lost Hills, Highway 198 west
of Hanford, Highway 180 west of Fresno, and Highway 41 south of
Fresno.
