PATCHY DENSE FOG TONIGHT...
Locally dense fog will continue over portions of western New York
tonight. Visibility may be less than one-half of a mile at times.
Motorists may encounter fluctuating visibilities ranging from
good to poor over short distances. At this point, the fog is most
dense near the Lake Erie shoreline to the south of Buffalo,
including the New York State Thruway, and also farther inland
over higher terrain.
If driving, slow down, use the low beam setting on headlights and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
