FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Sanilac and St. Clair. * WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 956 PM EST, emergency management reported flooding in the advisory area. This is causing small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain fell Thursday night and Friday morning. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
