PATCHY DENSE FOG TO IMPACT TRAVEL THIS MORNING... Patchy dense fog will reduce visibilities to as low as one quarter to one half of a mile across portions of Eastern North Carolina this morning. The patchy nature of the fog will lead to rapidly changing conditions for those traveling this morning. Motorists across the area are advised to use extra caution this morning, slow down, increase following distance, and remain alert for sudden drops in visibility. Visibilities are expected to be improve by 900 AM.
