North Branch Clinton Near Mt Clemens affecting Macomb County. .Rainfall and snow melt Thursday night and Friday led to rises on area rivers. Rivers levels will fall this weekend. For the Rouge River...including Detroit...Minor flooding is forecast. For the N.br.
