FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SUNDAY... * WHAT...River and Small stream flooding caused by rain, snow melt and ice jams continue. * WHERE...St. Clair County * WHEN...Until noon EST Sunday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 PM EST, Emergency management reported flooding along the Black RIver in Port Huron and Fort Gratiot. Spotters also reported flooding along the Pine River. - Flooding impacts will continue. A rain and snow mix will move into the area tonight. Additional precipitation amounts will not worsen the flooding. - Locations most impacted are along the Black River, Mill Creek and the Pine River. - Additional rivers and streams are running high in the rest of the county. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
