Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 PM EST, Very heavy rain has fallen across the advisory area over the past hour. Strong storms with high rainfall rates will continue to train over the area and small streams will reach bankfull or flood. Urban flooding is also likely in poor drainage areas. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area.
