FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the following county, York. * WHEN...Until 1015 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 413 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. - At 415 AM EST the stream gauge at Wildcat Creek near Robertson Road reported a river stage of 10.23 feet. At this stage, McConnels Highway near Wildcat Creek will be flooded, and water may be approaching or inundating roadways near Saluda Road and Highway 324.
